life happens! but please let me know before hand if you’re not able to make it to your appointment so i have an opportunity to fill that spot, as this is how i make my living. if you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less before your scheduled time, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your service price. if you fail to cancel your appointment or let me know that you won’t make it (no call, no show), you will be charged 100% of your service price since there is no longer time for me to fill your spot.
